Level I Building Energy Audit
This audit will identify and provide a savings and cost analysis of little to no cost measures. We will identify and provide a listing of potential capital improvements along with potential savings. This improvements are of high consideration and might require further analysis and measurements. We will also analyze your facilities historic energy usage, if provided.
Items to be evaluated in your building are Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, building envelope (shell), water conservation, and domestic hot water.
This audit usually takes less then a day to complete.
Level II Building Energy Audit
This audit includes the above "walk through" analysis plus additional analysis of previously identified potential projects. This is a much broader study of your facility, it's original design, and todays actual usage of space. It also involves systems performance testing and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Screening. Audit duration is typically from 2-7 days depending of facility type and size.
The building(s) will be benchmarked to have a good understanding of the building(s) energy efficiency and the progress after energy conservation measures have been taken. Benchmark rating will be as per Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) 1-100 performance scale.
If you are Bank branches, Courthouses, Data Centers, Dormitories, Financial Centers, Hospitals, Hotels, House of Worship, K-12 Schools, Medical Offices, Retailers, Senior Care, Supermarkets, or Warehouses you are eligible to earn the Energy Star approval rating is your building scores above a 75 on EPAs performance scale. Do your part for the environment, cut operating cost, and show the world your organization is making a commitment to reduce its impact on the environment.
Building Re-commissioning
Includes the above plus bringing all your HVAC systems back to it's original design. A Building Automation System operation analysis (please see below)is also performed if the building is equipped. This is the best way to optimize your systems and conserve energy. On most cases, HVAC takes up over 50% of the energy consumption.
Results from a re-commissioned building include: better IAQ, higher comfort levels, diminishes work orders for hot and cold calls, and a higher efficiency of your current equipment. And because it is your existing equipment, there is no capital investments or retrofits.
A building re-commissioning results in minimal expense and a simple payback of less than a year.
Typical building re-commissioning may be accomplished within 4-6 weeks depending on type, size, and complexity of building.
Building Automation System (BAS) operation analysis
Do you have an existing BAS? Any BAS in the market today is an expensive investment. Let us show you how you can run a buildings operations more efficiently to achieve energy cost savings and utilize your investment to its full potential.
Energy Reduction Plan (ERP) development program
We may assist you in developing a plan while training your operations staff on various techniques to increase a buildings efficiency.
